According to the regulation of World Championship and FCI Grandprix, now solemnly declare as follows:

Within the prescribed period of the regulation, fanciers did not pay the enter fee of FCI Grandprix will be as automatically give up the ownership,the organizing will have the ownership.

The pigeons that did not pay enter fee will only calculates sequence, do not calculate rank.The ranking will be moved up.The prize will give other fanciers.The pigeons which have not ownership will be auctioned live or online.The income is owned by the organizing and used as feeding and management expenses.
